Best spaghetti pasta I've ever had. The flavor is delicious. The pasta noodles are thicker with great taste.

This is the BEST pasta you can purchase commercially.

Even if you don’t get to it in suggested times, holds up well and isn’t too soft unless you fall asleep for an hour or two. Never tested that and won’t.

I love overcooked spaghettini (sue me). They come in very sturdy wrapping - I was pleasantly surprised by how little any of the spaghettini were broken! Very few indeed for such frail stalks.Flavor-wise they're very good - taste just like my pasta in Europe.

I love Garofalo pasta, which an Italian restaurant introduced me to. But when I order spaghettini from Amazon, I keep being sent spaghetti. They are not the same! I cannot recommend ordering Garofalo spaghettini because there is no guarantee the right product will be sent, and it cannot be returned. I was able to obtain Garofalo spaghettini at a store a few blocks away and at a lower price.

Watched a YouTube by an Italian chef who recommended this brand of pasta. Decided to try it in spite of it's being a little pricey. Turns out to be very good pasta.
