Excellent dried porcini mushrooms
This is my second purchase of these porcini mushrooms. Quick delivery as well as excellent quality -- and they are kosher, which is difficult to find in local stores. Perfect for using in mushroom soups and adds an umami flavor to stews and other dishes.

Never again
I followed the directions to the letter. The mushrooms came out slimy and mushy. They also looked like they had mold on them.

Definitely adds a bunch of flavor
This was the first time I bought dried porcini mushrooms. The dried porcini mushrooms really add depth and lots of flavor to the mushroom bourguignon recipe I made. The only negative was there were more than a few hard pieces (after soaking for a couple of hours) that could not be used. I may try other brands before settling on a favorite go-to supplier. Overall I would recommend this product for anyone looking to try out dried porcini mushrooms.

Good price and great taste.
Was impressed that the porcini were in large slices, no small bits and pieces. Excellent taste and a good price. Have already ordered more.

Well dehydrated.
The flavor of the mushroom still intact when rehydrated. I use this product in stews. Last stew I made I rehydrated with port wine that was heated by microwave and let them soak for an hour. I then chopped them up in a food processor and put them in the stew. Yummy!!
