I’ve have this feeder for over 3 years and still don’t have any issues with it; it’s lasted a lot longer than I thought. It’s easy to set up and clean. I have never used the voice message, so no idea on the quality. My cats have never been able to knock it down or break into it.This works wonderful, it’s durable, and easy to set up. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing feeder, especially for the price. I bought another feeder before this one that was $80 and I hated it, the buttons were hard to function, the instructions were unclear, and I didn’t want to deal with customer service so I just returned it. After doing so much research on which could be the best for my cat I came across this one. It was like half the price of the other one and it had good reviews. I also looked online and people recommended this feeder so I went ahead and bought it. It arrived quickly. It was so easy to assemble and clean and the instructions were so straightforward and everything worked perfectly and smoothly. I truly believe for the price this is 100000% worth it.Here’s a few things that I wish it had though, I wish it would tell you how many ounces are in a portion, which I believe it’s about .5oz a portion so I give 4 portions for my cat for 1/4 a cup. (Not too big of a deal breaker since this was very easy to figure out)I wish it had the thing on top where you could add that desiccant bags, but so far the food seems good still.I wish it had a stand at the bottom so it wasn’t so low but I just put a bunch of books under it to make it higher, you can also use a box!So it seems like all the things I wish it had were easily fixable. Save yourself the stress and get this one, the review I found online about this product had this one for years and they said it works perfectly still. I’ve had this for a few months now and I love it and I just love knowing my cat will have the food she needs and won’t be starving, especially when I’m so busy with work.

I was worried because I have 3 cats and they like to bully the old man out of food sometimes but they are fatties and need some control in their lives. My schedule gets a little chaotic most days so the two feeding times I give them can vary pretty drastically so I took the leap and got 3 of these bad boys. The portions are great, I just used the manual buttons and figured out how many portions gave my scoop and split it up throughout the day. Cats are losing weight and cannot get into these feeders no matter how hard they try (and my little pork pie Monty has repeatedly TRIED). He even has up-ended this thing and the top didnt come off so 5 stars for that alone. Kitties are happy, kitties are losing weight and they no longer have to depend on my crazy schedule. Also love this for when I go out of town since my cat sitters tend to overfeed because "he just looked so hungry!"... Hungriest little porker that ever lived and master manipulator! Love this thing... Totally worth the money for all three and they look nice too. 3 of these hold an entire bag of cat food and now all 3 get their full portion without issues.UPDATE** The smarter cat has figured out how to open these and now regularly destroys it. Weighted it down even and it didn't matter. Love these feeders but they need a latch or something! Docked a star for not knowing their base will enough.

I was a bit suspicious about these feeding machines since malfunction results in your pets not being fed while you are away. So, I tested it for 4 months continuously, and to my amazement, it never failed!Setup is easy enough, you can record your voice easily as well, and flexibility (amount and timing) is good.I set up 7 servings to be served twice a day for my 2 kitties, and filled up the container. it lasted over a week.You need to make sure the container holds enough food in it (there is no warning of any kind), and make sure to serve just enough so your pet can finish it before the next feeding time. If there is a leftover, the machine works but it'll end up not releasing enough food out and/or the dish might overflow.When I unplugged this, it remembered the feeding schedule/servings but the clock and voice recording were reset, so you need to set the clock again and record your voice again.I trust this machine to be on duty all the time as a backup so just in case I cannot come home on time, they will have timely meals every day.One more thing, this is so easy to clean. The dish lifts out easily to clean, and there is no hidden parts in the container that's hard to reach. Very nice machine!
