Q: Can this be used for any sink, mounted on wall? I would like to use it as a third side on a mop sink set in the corner. The two wall sides are tiled.

As long as this item is longer than the depth of the sink you would like to use, you may use this item for such purpose. It will be ok to use as a third side on a mop sink in many states.
