I have both this Demmex towel in Sage and a Teema Labyrinth in white. Comparing them, I found the Teema to be softer and thinner/more drapey, while the Demmex feels thicker and sturdier. Still soft, just not AS soft. They are identical length, but the Teema is a few inches wider. The knots on the Demmex all came very well tied, while I had to tighten or re-tie many of the tassels on the Teema. On looks, I honestly can’t decide which I like better — the sage color is absolutely gorgeous and I like the diamond-and-stripe pattern, but I also adore the rainbow of colors in the Teema. Functionally, I soaked the Demmex for 24 hours as recommended and washed, then air-dried. I found some fuzz but not that much. I’ve washed a couple times since, as well. I’ve used it both at the water park/pool and as a bath towel and found it to be absorbent and quick-drying. I haven’t used the Teema yet so I can’t compare its performance. Price-wise, the Demmex comes in at half the cost of the Teema, which I think is excellent value. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to purchase more of these!

I wanted a towel for camping that is soft to my sensitive skin and that dries quickly. This is it. I love it so much, I’ve recommended it to everyone I know. It washes well, the instructions and tips that came for maintenance are easy to understand and do. The color is vibrant and it feels so nice on my skin. I have tried a small handful of the Turkish towels and these are my favorite so far. The size, thickness and comfort are wonderful. The colors are true to what is pictured for all 6 colors I have. I did not bite the bullet and try Sand Cloud, but from feeling and seeing my neices Sand Cloud next to these, I prefer these.

Love the many color choices and very happy with the quality. They are soft and strong and absorbent. I purchased 12 and they all fit easily on one bathroom shelf. I look forward to seeing how well they are liked by my guests.

The media could not be loaded. This towel is a little thicker/fluffier than other brands of Turkish cotton towels. It is extremely soft. The ends are double knotted. The color "Orange" is exactly as pictured on the Amazon photo. I also purchased a Wetcat brand and Aysesa brand Turkish cotton towel at the same time to compare. I am in need of a packable quick drying towel for a camping/beach/ kayaking trip. I cannot test the sand repellency yet, but I tested all three water absorption just drying hands and compared the size and weave. This Demmex brand has a looser weave then the other two and absorbs a small amount of water quickly (drying hands). I feel it will do very well absorbing larger amounts of water after swimming or bathing due to its heavier and looser weave. It is the same length as the other two towels but is about 2 inches narrower. It is not pre-washed or shrunk. This is my favorite of the three due to it softness, absorbency, and beautiful weave and pattern but I am a little disappointed that it is smaller.

I’ve had this towel for a week now and I couldn’t be more thrilled with it. It’s coziness and lightweight cotton is so inviting that I have used it every day.Beyond its beautiful craftsmanship is its easy utility. Blanket, shawl, towel, sensory processing device for my neurodivergent brain, mosquito deterrent, pillow, etc. I’m constantly finding new and delightful uses for it. I’ve essentially morphed into Ford Prefect from The Hitchhiker’s guide to the Galaxy because I bring my towel everywhere.At the pool- it’s everything I ever wanted. Drying way faster than I thought it could, it was strange to feel like I was wrapping up in a super cute blanket while soaking wet until a half moment later when I realized it was the greatest towel ever. I mean that. It ties effortlessly and hangs on your body in a way that feels and looks luxurious and moves with you. Drying dramatically faster than all the other towels of my family and friends, I have since purchased more for each of them so they could bask in these glorious towels as well.Beyond all that awesomesauce, I valued the certifications it came with. I can’t find any thus far that are more ethically sourced and I appreciate that effort to be better humans to other humans.

These towels are 100% cotton and suck up moisture like a sponge. They dry humans faster and dry super fast after use.I wash them in cold water and mild soap, no softener or conditioner with a little white vinegar if your kid left a wet one in their gym bag. The white vinegar will also work for a fabric softener for them if you need that).I used to work for Saks Fifth Avenue so I know how expensive bath towels can get. I also know that I am sick of paying $$ for thick, lovely, soft, "luxury" towels only to have them turn to cr** after a year's use.It's been a year since my first set and they look and feel great.

A while ago I bought Turkish peshtmal towels from Costco and fell in love with them. They dry quickly. Easy to carry while traveling. Work great for drying hair. Costco doesn’t always carry them and they are slightly more expensive than these. I was exploring amazon to find better towels. Ordered bunch of them. These are great! Organic cotton with organic dyes. It says made in turkey. Thickness is perfect. They are really soft.I’ve not yet washed and used them. Will update review after couple of months.

Very happy with how it appears when it arrives. It does not feel cheaply made or rushed. Gorgeous color (I got Nile), super soft to feel, absorbs well (have not used it to dry off yet, but I spilled some water to check), light weight as advertised and perfect size. I plan to use this towel in multiple ways. Excited to bring it around all summer. I would love a 2nd towel in Coral. I appreciate the quality so much and like how you can choose from many colors. I have already recommended to a few friends and family.
