There are zero calories in Everyday Amino.

Q: Is this have all to the bcaa's that muscle marinade has in it?

Muscle Marinade was an old pre-workout product that did contain these same BCAAs but it also had stimulants, pump ingredients and other performance supplements. Everyday Amino is the same 3 BCAAs, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and Valine that can be used any time during the day, post or intra-workout but it does not contain stimulants at all.
