The media could not be loaded. These bite wafers are just the right amount of firm and soft, which has been effective to relieve teeth and gum pain. I also clinch my teeth while driving and have found that these help to bite on while driving and prevent jaw pain. The mint flavor/ scent is the best, tried the other through an ortho., they weren’t bad just mint is better.I don’t see myself using them as night guards as I split mine out so it has to snap onto my teeth.

These "wafers" were made of very thick hard plastic and not flexible at all. I thought this would help with me grinding my teeth at night. Since I've gotten braces, I can no longer wear my night guard and I was hoping this would help. The first time I put one in my mouth I gagged so hard I thought I would throw up. So I figured it's just too big. They are apparently trimmable but the plastic is so hard and thick I just said "no thank you." I never give negative reviews but for the price of these things I just felt they were entirely useless. They need to be more malleable.

I bought these to help with teeth grinding while I have braces since my old night guard doesn't fit. It's basically a u- shaped piece of plastic. If it had some "bite" to it, or cushion to it, I probably could've used it. Also it was pretty wide so it pushed my tongue back towards the back of my throat.

My daughter wanted to try these just because her teeth were hurting really bad. Whenever she was playing soccer she would get knocked down and thought she would try a mouth guard. She kept it in the whole game but it just seemed like it kinda wore away after just 5 minutes. It definitely helped but would not but again instead we found these plastic mouth guards and she loves them!

they are hard, big , waste of money

Good product! Way too big for my mouth. Incurred a lot of scrapes and pain around gums and cheeks.

Okay I was hopeful at first…but then. No instructions and with as Hard as these are.. there is NO way you can chew on these through the day as they suggest! Plus when trying to custom cut them as suggested…They are sharp Not smooth after cutting…And Sooo.. they Cut and Scrapped away the inside of my mouth!?
