READ PRODUCT DETAILS, NOT meltaways, but I think they work
Wouldn’t call these “melt aways” especially for something deemed safe for a 2 year old. They are small, hard spherical tablets that go under the tongue and dissolve in a few minutes. The dosing is also unrealistic for me and my toddler, multiple tablets every 15 minutes for an hour.. My child chews them up, I think they help but I probably won’t buy this version of them again
