Bad packaging.
I have never seen such a bad packaging from amazon prime. While delivering a product in 2 days they compromised the packaging quality that I always get. BTW the product is good.

Sound quality review
Sound quality is horrible. You can get way better products in this price range. Sounds like Rs 100 audio products. And the headphones have zero background noise cancellation, even the sound of fan is audible while wearing it. It’s a scam on the name of gaming headphones. Never buy this product totally not recommendable.
