All I can say is it has worked for me. There is no taste or smell which is always a plus in my book. I think the price is good considering what I paid for a prescription. My blood work is better. The fact it is natural ingredients makes me happier. I have found if very effective for me personally. I have not had any side effects

Got this to get the daily dosage right.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had been using another brand which was only 100 mg that I took twice per day, but then I read where 1,500 mg was more ideal for weight management. So I purchased this one which is 500 mg which I take 3 times per day...ahead of meals when possible. Now I have the dosage right, I am still adjusting food intake to optimize the effects. I have noticed some blood sugar "smoothing" since taking this. My A1C has dropped BUT I have no idea whether berberine has been the cause of that. There are no side effects in my case.

Taking to lower the A1C naturally
My A1C was creeping up in numbers, and this product is the best to use to help lower it naturally. I bought this brand based solely on the cost; for the quantity and the price, it was better than everything else. It's all sourced from the same plant, so my opinion is a 90$ bottle is probably worse than this. Until I have lab work done , I can't verify it works until more labs are completed. I'll update when able. But for the price, it worked. Ill verify quality at a later time.

A product that decreased blood pressure.
Would recommend. Using it to keep BP down, and it works! No side effects. Does reduce appetite. Very effective.
