I got this for my elderly parents, and they really like it. It was very easy to use.

Functional but loud and clarity is sometimes off
I got 2 of these to try and liked them well enough to get 2 more. On the plus side they are relatively compact, and they work. However, they are way too loud when you make a call and it rings. I don't think that can be toned down. The sound can be muffled or scratchy at times but overall you can hear well enough to be functional. I am using them at home so we can quickly reach out to each other when we're on different floors or on the porch etc. It has basic functions and pretty easy to assign a number to each unit, groups if needed. I like to use the auto-answer so it automatically answers after 2 rings in the bedroom. My husband prefers to manually answer his intercom upstairs. So for the money I think these are fine for what we needed, would just like to be able to adjust the volume when initiating a call and ringing so they're quieter.

Really good
I have one in my shop around 200 feet away! The other in the house! The shop is steel and the house is log, you would think that make it difficult for a Signal to penetrate? These little guys have no trouble whatsoever. I’m impressed with them. I’m going to recommend them to my brother for his needs.

Too much static and hard to hear. Not 100% hands free
Way too much static. Hard to hear. They are easy enough to set up but we stopped using them bc they were annoying. Not 100% hands free.
