I was hoping this had worked for me. I usually take melatonin and I was super excited when I saw a no-melatonin sleep aid (because I know melatonin isn't great for you). I took it for a good 3 - 4 weeks, and I was up until 2-3 just about every morning. I will say, the ingredients are great, and I will now give these to my kiddo to see if they help him sleep. Give them a try! Hopefully, you will get better results!!!

This ashwaghanda herbal plus magnesium is the perfect sleep aid, because it is totally natural, not a prescription medication with side effects, and it is very effective. I feel relaxed and able to fall asleep, but not "drugged." Also, there is no "hangover" in the morning.

I need a sleep aid to fall asleep, but can't use melatonin. This product is one of the few I've found that works well for me without melatonin.

I liked the ingredients listed in this sleep-aid and I liked what it claims to offer, better sleep onset and better quality sleep without melatonin. I don't use screens for 2 hours before bed, eat, or do other things that would keep me awake. Unfortunately, these capsules didn't effect me at all, meaning they did absolutely nothing. The packaging is really nice and the size of the capsule isn't "horse pill" size, so I gave 2 stars for that.

Struggled with sleep for almost a decade now. Melatonin, red wine, and a certain green herb gets me to sleep, but doesn't keep me there. Would often wake up at least one or twice a night, either sweating or disruptive restroom breaks. Weider is the ONLY one so far that gets me to sleep and keep me there for around 8hrs. Just pop 2 pills and in 30mins, start yawning, and then just wakes up with sun in my face. Originally found these thru Costco early 2024, but they stopped carrying them, and I was... devasted. Glad Amazon carry these \(^-^)/!! I have got 2-3 friends started on these already, more to follow...
