I LOVE this product. I do intermittent fasting and this doesn't break my fast. It provides caffeine and a great tasting drink in the morning. It is well worth the money.

It is pretty sour but with enough water (I put one scoop in 20 oz) it is palatable. Whether or not it is working is to soon to really tell since I haven’t finished my first container.
