As some one whose been smoking since well before they should have (15 + years) and almost a pack a day if not more; these definitely worked their magic! I’m thus far 72 days tobacco free…I used all of the patches in the pack, even donated a few to family who got some interest after seeing my success with the patches. I'm giving this 4 stars not because it's a bad product but because I can't use it, or return the unopened box. I know these types of products work for those seeking to quit smoking, but my problem is I have C.O.P.D. And only because I didn't stopped I tried to do it again only to find out I can't use them because of my health. So I give 4 stars. Now if only they could make some that don't affect people like me with a lousey health problem, I'd be on my way to smoke free again. Don't wait till it's too late, to use something like these Iike I did.

I don't think these are even nicotine patches. I didn't feel the craving any less. I bought these because they are ao cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I like these as they don’t fall off easily but they do make my skin red for a few days so if I’m wearing both I cut it in 2 and put it in different places to reduce one area being very red and itchy.

Day 1 it worked for craving, anxiety and irritation. This is a game changer from just trying to cold turkey disposable vaping.

These are not of standard potency for the dose listed. I wouldn’t recommend or purchase them again.
