This tool is powered by your vehicle when connected, normal use won't drain its battery. The battery only drains if unplugged while ON, and left running in the background for over a week. Please always shut down before unplugging for storage.

Q: It reads inaccurate codes and doesn't erase/clear the codes?

Please remove any third-party devices from the OBD port to ensure accurate diagnostics. Check if the port is loose or damaged. All OBD2 scanners is a diagnostic tool, not a repair tool. Fault codes will return if the hardware issue isn't fixed.

Q: Why doesn't it work as expected for ABS bleeding?

Please make sure your vehicle supports automatic ABS bleeding, because some vehicles only support manual ABS bleeding. If you're unsure about compatibility, please confirm with us.

Q: My F150 can't do brake service/battery reset, but you say it's supported. Why?
