I have tried the pump and it works great and the tool is good quality. overall it seem to be a good kit for when you have a flat on the road.

I like the set but.....
Small plastic bag ripped open... nothing in it.Patches are wrinkled (?!). Large tool jammed in white box... cracked and broken box.....doesn’t fit...who sends something like this!? Small pieces just thrown in carrying case. Looks like this was a prev used return.

I haven't had to use the bike pump yet. I did give the multi tool to my boyfriend who made a motorbike and he used it one day to make a side of the road repair.

Pump works, patches don't
I bought this to use as a portable pump for my BOB revolution jogging stroller and while it does the job, it's difficult to use.I used to patches as directions stated and the patches lifted within 2 days. The patches didn't work.3 stars because the pump works.

Maybe I should have read the fine print but I expected the multi-tool to include the star-shaped wrench...

too big for sleek road bikes
Clunky and bulky I took out tools and threw bag away, doesn't fit to bike right. I wouldn't buy again and some tools are useless on modern bikes
