Extremely easy to install.Instructions were clear and included multiple fixing methods. The soft close feature works great as well as the quick release which helps with cleaning. Very easy to fit and does what it should. Looks sturdy .Good value for money. The only negative I can give is that the fittings aren’t very tight, so I’m putting some different ones on.

Quick easy to fit soft close toilet seat. Fitted perfectly. When you get it out of the box the seat just flaps about like an ordinary one but once fitted it has a nice soft action. Only takes 15 minutes to fit.

Bought this item on the strength of fast next day delivery. Didn't happen. Amazon customer service apologetic. Toilet seat itself is quite nice, no complaints with it. Great value. One point to mention, the fixing grommet to big to go through hole in the toilet to fix seat down, via top fixing, had to resort bottom fixing. Indeed this seat has both options. On the whole great, let down by delivery. Update.... Seat now just moves about on the toilet, plastic bolts come undone, not fit for purpose, now looking to replace............shoddy fixings.😡

Very Happy with this loo seat. Much better quality than I expected for the price - and perfect fit for the loo. (There's so many out there that I was pleased to find one that was this compact.) Fitting required a bit of a knack to getting it right but once in place it feels really secure and the 'slow close' mechanism works beautifully. Overall - very happy indeed and would thoroughly recommend.

Item is very lightweight hence only 4*, but fits as it should. Only time will tell if it lasts longer than it feels like it might.

This seat is brilliant. Nice material so its nice to sit on and doesn't feel cold on your butt. Also closes nice and slow so no nasty bangs and absolute bonus you can pop it off nice and easy to give it a quick wash under the shower no trying to get a cloth around it and getting pee pee on your hands. Nice colour too! Highly recommended
