When my youngest was born, we bought a Graco 4ever in hopes that we would be able to use it…well, forever. We have been using it as a high back booster. My daughter is tiny—53 lbs at age 9–and I’ve been worried about switching to a backless booster because she’s just so little. We have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I literally have to climb into the back just to buckle her in (I’m 5’4”). I’m tired of doing that. She’s tired of having to be in what she perceives as a seat for a baby. I realized that even making the Graco backless, the height of the seat itself wasn’t going to change. This Chicco seemed like it had the best reviews overall and the price was pretty midrange. Having a booster seat with latches was a must-have. I figured if the seat wasn’t that comfortable, we could add foam padding for longer car trips (which we often make).I absolutely love it! The seat padding is much better than I was honestly expecting, AND I can just lean over to buckle her in. The seat belt clips in the Grand Cherokee are not easy to get to, so maybe someday she’ll even be able to do it on her own, haha. My husband likes that the cup holders fold in when not needed. And…this may be the most important thing for a child of today’s times…the cup holder is big enough to fit a Stanley! She has a 30oz Stanley IceFlow and it fits perfectly! No more tossing it in the backseat and letting it roll around while we head to activities. It’s super light, too, so it’s easy to unclip the latches and move to the other vehicle (2015 Jeep Cherokee) when needed, or leave out if we are toting around older kids.

We have been so happy with this booster seat that we have four!I just purchased our fourth one so that we have enough for all the kids and both cars. The seat is soft and comfy and the material is easy to clean. Our kids love the built in cup holders, which are a must if your kids have water bottles.Clipping into the anchor in the car seat is easy and to detach, simply pull on the orange handle in the front of the booster. It couldn't be any easier. Great product!

Nice cushion and it stays in place which was always my worry having leather seats. The cup holders are so much better than the seat we had. It actually fits his favorite Minecraft thermos cup! Very easy to install and take out with the fast release latch too. I would definitely say it’s worth the money.

Light weight, has latches super easy to use. I traveled via plane (didn't use it on plane) took this as a carry on for ubers etc. It was so light I had zero problem hooking to my carry on and traveling with my toddler. I love the latch feature too, makes me feel more comfortable in the car with the seat secured in.

Very comfortable and spacious seat area. This product appears to be very durable. Our little one is 7 yrs old but she’s very petite. She’s able to connect the seat belts by herself due to the ergonomic design. It easy to install the safety back strap for extra protection.

We've been using this booster for a couple of months now. It was easy to travel with, and install, and our kid hasn't complained about discomfort. Over-all it was worth the money and does its job pretty well. I'm mostly satisfied.I have only two complaints about it, and they are minor.There is a strap included that is used to tension the seatbelt and hold it in the right position. It is easy to use, but slightly annoying for two reasons. First, the buckle that attaches it to the seat belt slips a bit over time, you you have to readjust it occasionally. Second, if you want to travel, there is no good mechanism to retract this strap into the body of the booster. There is a place for the buckle to attach for transport, but to use it you have to carefully slide the strap into a slot a bit at a time. It's not a show stopper, but it is annoying and time consuming.I'm including these complaints not so much to dissuade customers from buying the booster, but to encourage Chico to improve their product.

It’s awesome. Super easy to install and uninstall with the latch system. My 6 year old says it is comfy and she loves the cup holders. It’s also much easier for her to buckle herself than in her old one. Only downside is it’s pretty wide, so if you need 2-3 in a row, it will probably not work (I drive a Toyota 4runner).
