puedo decir que es un buen producto, ya llevo un mes usándolas, o sea que ya terminé todos los pro bióticos, nada que pedirle a otros pro bióticos de $40, los compré porque tenía problemas con infecciones, claramente no sólo empecé a tomar pro bióticos, también compré cápsulas de aceite de orégano, aceite de coco, y eso es lo que está usando, también compré cápsulas de ácido bórico y a sido lo máximo. pero aparte de eso sirven muy bien para la digestión y para ir al baño que es realmente lo que más tengo problema. obviamente, manteniendo una dieta un poco más saludable. Ya me compré mi segundo bote y estoy esperando que lleguen porque la verdad me gustaron muchísimo, también sería bueno comprar los que tienen cranberry para las infecciones urinarias, pero realmente yo sí, consumo jugo de cranberry, así que no habría problema allí, BBB, un buen producto, en cuanto a precio y calidad.

I've tried several different brands and types of probiotics and this one is THE ONE for me! Everyone's body is different but for me... I was suffering with gut issues and a lot of reoccurring yeast infections... this helped with both problems. 💜

I think this product worked well for my needs. If anyone wants to improve their vaginal health after antibiotics or has BV this will help BUT I strongly believe this product caused a small acne outbreak. My skin is typically well behaved and I don’t do anything special with my skin care so I can usually tell what breaks me out. After I started consistently taking this, I got multiple acne spots in various areas of my face. The only way I got them to finally go away was to stop taking the probiotic. Pretty sad for me because I didn’t want to have to choose between vaginal health and skin health. I haven’t had any issues with my vaginal health since I’ve stopped taking it, I’m hoping it stays that way, but my skin cleared up completely again (another sign that the probiotics more than likely was the cause). I don’t say this to deter you from the product but just be aware this could or could not happen to you. Other than the acne, I did not experience any other symptoms (that I know of). Best of luckEdit: I took this product consistently for about 3 weeks until I couldn’t take the acne anymore. Also, since reviewing this product 2 weeks ago my vaginal health has remained normal and healthy! I’ve had intercourse during this 2 week break and I didn’t have to use boric acid at all. I think this product worked great. I may sporadically take them again and risk my skin health just to ensure these result are permanent. I’ve been suffering with BV for 8 months and I think it’s finally gone away with the help of these probiotics! I previously gave 3 stars but now I’ll up it to 4!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've had a junkie-like sugar craving since entering menopause, along with bloating, constipation, and heightened appetite. Ten days into taking this probiotic and my sugar cravings declined dramatically, digestion is much more regular and easy, and bloating has significantly decreased, as has my appetite. I'm now over a month in, and the improvements have stuck! Highly recommend.

They have multiple good strains of bacteria. While the addition of cranberry is very beneficial, I can no longer use them to start yogurt with, it just didn't work. I lost a whole batch of yogurt. I used a different kind of milk so it may not have been all cranberry in the probiotic. But not anxious to try it again. Never a batch do that before. They seem to be good for what they are intended for. Easy to swallow. Have no smell, so very easy to take. I have been using this brand for a while now, I like the bacteria strains that are included. Seem to be a good quality at a reasonable price.
