Great product! adds egg flavor to vegetarian Quiche! Just egg( vegetarian egg).

Needed to make chickpea scrambled eggs, this gave it exactly the flavor I needed. Highly recommend for the vegan chickpea scrambled egg recipe... just go a bit light at first, flavor is intensely eggy and salty--recipes call for too much.

I make eggless salad with tofu and finish it off with this black salt. It looks and tastes so close to real egg salad that people are often fooled. If you want to add the taste of eggs without using eggs just use a little of this. There is enough in the bag to last a while.

I bought this salt to make homemade puffed rice. But the salt was too light and so I couldn't really see the puffed up rice before it overcooked/got brown..This salt is great for cooking with, but for specific uses like puffing rice, where the visual contrast between the salt and the food is crucial, it might not be the best fit due to its lighter color. Despite this, its health benefits and flavor enhancement capabilities make it a worthy addition to the kitchen for other culinary experiments.

Obsessed with this salt is an understatement. I understand it may take some people getting used to! But I love eggs and once I was past that smell, I now barely like to eat anything without it. (It also definitely brought my taste back when I suspect I had covid a few years ago).

This makes me scrambled Tofu tastes exactly like I'm eating scrambled eggs!! So good, very happy with this
