One of the best pasta, certified by italian user!
The brand doesn't need much intro, if it's made in Gragnano it's excellent. Garofalo is really good in keeping cooking (cottura) and retains all its texture, absolutely fantastic. Just cook it in abundant salted boiling water the time displayed on the packaging. Italian style? Cook it for one minute less so that it will have even more of a bite and the 'nerve' (uncooked line) in it. I bought this when discounted so cheaper than lesser quality brands you get from supermaket, great bargain!!
