I’m not even sure why I started taking these. I think it was for energy. I do have a history of getting PVCs in the past and very brief runs of SVT. But it had not seemed like an issue in years really. Well, all of a sudden it starts happening almost daily. My heart rate would jump from 75 to 130 for maybe 10-15 seconds and then go back to normal. I was thinking it was just getting old and then something made me wonder about my supplements. And I saw other people had had issues so I stopped it. I seem to be fine now. So I don’t know what it does exactly but definitely not good for my heart.
