I can have yogurt again
After developing sensitivity to yogurt (same with milk, but not cheeses), I gave it up for a couple of tears. Then I had a light bulb moment and ordered the drops and tablets. The tablets work wonderfully and I can have my daily yogurt serving again with zero issues. I don't really use the drops because of how much you have to use, which makes them pricey.
