I can't speak to the efficiency as I haven't had my iron tested since I got it , but there is no aftertaste which is great. Lots of plastic waste in the bottle, but otherwise good product

Iron upsets my stomach. These are time released and work great. I donate blood so I keep my iron up. I buy these regularly.

These iron supplements have worked very well for me. I’m just wondering why the container is so big…you can see from the photos, the tablets barely cover the bottom of the bottle.
