Very poor picture quality.
To be fair the device did work, but when used with the GameCube the original av signal looked far better than the hdmi adapter. Could maybe be useful if your TV doesn't have an av input, but I would recommend either a higher quality (more expensive) hdmi adapter or an av to hdmi converter.
