Bought these for my partner who has been diagnosed as anaemic to give her a bit of a boost of energy during the day and she said she can actually feel a big difference during the day when she is at work. Will be buying again!

I have a few of these patches but I don't feel like these worked for me. I didn't feel any more energised and I think supplements also take time to work - several weeks in fact, so I don't think anyone should have any expectations for these straight away. They also leave a mark on my skin for a few days, so I put them on my tummy rather than my arms now where no-one can see them. I think you would have to use them regularly for a while to notice any difference.

I was sceptical that something like this would work in any noticeable way – I was wrong. Transdermal technology seems to be a very effective means to deliver controlled release of ingredients, and these work pretty quickly and last for hours. The active ingredients are Caffeine, Red Ginseng, and a whole bunch of B Vitamins (1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9 and B12), in a vegan formulation.These are useful for a quick pick-me-up when I just can’t face yet another cup of coffee. Additionally, as I follow a plant-based diet I always welcome an extra shot of B12. In use I find the patches to be easily applied and removed, leaving no residue.

I'll admit I was sceptical about these patches but I find that energy drinks 1. Aren't good for me, 2. Cause a massive crash in the afternoon, and 3. Have too much caffeine in. So I wanted to give these a go and I'm really pleased I did.The patches are easy to apply, and definitely give me a boost without the crash. I appreciate that the adhesive doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, but they stay on all day, even when it's hot and I've done a workout. To remove after 8 hours I've found it best to dampen them before peeling off or it can be painful. The price and pack size means they're good value for money too.Overall I think these are a effective, easy to use, and gives kd the boost I need without the crash or nasties in energy drinks. I would wholeheartedly recommend them. 5*

Not working, waste of money

I like these patches. It might be a placebo effect, but I certainly feel a boost of energy when using one so I would say they are effective.They are easy to remove from the backing sheet and stick well, so are very east to use and there is no discomfort from wearing one all day. They have no perceptible smell.They are a little expensive, but overall if you feel an effect from them, they are decent value for money.

I really like the idea of supplements via patches as Im terrible with taking any tablets or remembering them.These seemed like a great idea but unfortunately Ive noticed no effects whatsoever. Admittedly have only been wearing them for about 2.5 weeks but I dont actually feel any benefit at all.The patches themselves are fine - they stick well to the skin and have only had a few that peeled off prematurely, not sure I really like the bright yellow colour as I felt the need to hide them. The pact wasn't irritating (and I have very sensitive skin)Cost wise (£12 today on Amazon) I think they are quite an expensive chance purchase.Sadly for me, these didnt work and I wouldn't purchase gain
