I've been using for 2 weeks or so, not really knowing if it was doing anything. Didn't have any negative side effects which I usually worry about when taking herbal supplements. Ok so I’m like the most blunt person alive. Also Excuse my adhd but keep up I promise it’s worth it. I’m 28 I have a 2 yr old and a 4 month old. I can’t recommend this product enough! My wife is on antihistamines due to a medical condition that is quite rare. Consequently she suffers from moderate to some times severe vaginal dryness which results in us having to use a Ph balancing lube any time we want to be intimate. Ok TMI but I’m prone to vaginal dryness unfortunately… so this is one of the things I am trying to help resolve that… it does work!!! Quite nicely. Smells very vitaminie??? (I just made that word) I don’t use this every day, I don’t need to which is nice, it helps me a lot to just use it “as needed” whenever I feel too dry. So I probably take a capsule like once a or twice a week tbh. There is just one side effect I very much hate, it makes my armpits smell like BO very badly. Even after washing myself and re-applying deodorant it’s still strongly present. I’m sure the BO is from my hormones interacting with this supplement. I have weird hormones due to my medical history so if anyone else is like me, just a heads up, it will make you smell. :(

I took two pills in the am when i got off of my 3rd shift job and with and hour i was immediately sleep that never happens, so the mood and relaxation work well! I will report back in a week to communicate other results
