2d time purchase, I bought it for a friend he saw the result on me after using it, it is great product and make sure you drink plenty of water and avoid diuretic (coffee tea ...) starts with 20g once daily for 3days and 15g daily for one week then 10g daily the fellowing week then stay at daily dosage of 5g .I will recommend unflavoured option, it leave you with a variety of choose to blend it in. with flavoured one it only goes with milk or same flavour smoothy .do not buy the big pouch ,it is away too big for a personal use unless you have someone who you going to share it with, because it a 6months supply and when i had it that long the texture has change due to air and humiditygood luck folks I hope this is helpful

Wanted to try and reduce my pill for supplements and thought i would try this.I have been suplimenting with creatine for some time same great preformance for this as i have had with others.First off alot cheaper per serving than pill form.I put this in my morning oats and doesn't add any extra flavours or textures.Ive also tried in protein shakes and not affect to taste or texture10/10 would reccomend.

They actually made creatine taste nice. Usually dislike the taste but this is great. Mixes really well too. Can't talk to the efficacy of the creatine itself as only been taking this brand for one week, but as long as it's actually monohydrate then this is defo he creatine to go for if you want it in powder form

Good value for money but it does have that 'static' type effect where it flies off the scoop between bag and cup.Personally I prefer the Optimum Nutrition one

I usually use my protein but found this on amazon perfect for creatine if you don’t like taking big tablets the recommended dose is 1 - 2 scoops I take 4 and have never had any issues has no added flavours so taste is not very nice so best to buy somthing to mix it with
